At Jobcase, a 'people-first' social platform designed to help users improve and manage their work-life, I proudly led a 20-member team as Team Lead and Lead React-Native Engineer. My tenure involved delivering heterogeneous requirements and managing well-organized client teams. I worked closely to enhance team problem-solving skills for fast-tracked, quality code, and established innovative scrum processes (live demos, reports, knowledge sharing sessions). Despite the challenges of the COVID-19 lockdown, we delivered high-quality code that secured new client relationships. Within 6-8 months, the team achieved self-management for sprint scope, technical reviews, OKRs, and Scrum processes, fostering distributed ownership and significantly improving overall performance.
