As Team Lead and Lead JavaScript Architect and Developer, I spearheaded the rapid re-architecture and refactoring of Abele's end-user application for cryptocurrency transactions, completing the initiative in just 6 weeks. I implemented a new React boilerplate, meticulously re-architected every component, and designed a new, intuitive user flow for transaction steps. My work also involved de-coupling application JSON structure from localization and ensuring responsive design across static and transactional interfaces. I led a cross-functional team of 8 (frontend and Node.js backend), managing client communication and GitHub pull request workflows.
